Therearetwotypesofadministrators:
■ VTL AdministratorsareauthorizedforfullVTLconsoleaccess.
■ VTL Read-Only Usersare onlypermittedtoviewinformationintheConsole.
Theyarenotauthorizedto makechangesandtheyarenotauthorizedforclient
authentication.
2. WhentheVTL User/Administrator Managementdial ogappears, usethe
controlsprovidedtomanageadministratoraccou nts (
C above).
Whenyouaddanadministrator,thenamemustadheretothenamin gconventionof
theoperatingsystemrunningonyourVTLServer.Refertoyouroperatingsystem’s
documentationfornamingrestrictions.
Youcannotdeletethevtluserorchangethevtlpasswordfromthisscreen.Use
theChange Passwordoptioninstead.
